"I had carpet replace on stairs, Master and small bedroom. I am left with visible seams on the stairs and bulging carpet in the master. Trusted this company to do the work as we lived out of state. We had used them before. When I ever came back and saw the carpets I was in shock. I have had numerous people look at the job and they are all in agreement that it doesn't look like a professional installed them. General flooring sent the installer out who stated this was done within industry standards and the "top sales guy" would call me. No call. After four days, my husband called and asked for a manager to come look at the job. He agreed that some areas could have been done better but they were not fixing it!
