"Frustrating and scary experience with Cat Doctor of Bedford. They dispensed medication for my 5-month-old kitten that had been expired for 1.5 YEARS and then did not offer a timely resolution or even an apology for the mistake. Fortunately I noticed the expiration before administering the medication to my kitten, but I'm afraid to think of how many other cats received the expired medication in that timeframe. Receptionist was impatient and insensitive, showing no interest in the well-being of my animals. The Cat Doctor exhibited a lack of concern and respect for its clients, both feline and human. Suggest you bring your cats elsewhere to get the care they deserve...." more...
