"I have real problems with this practice and one clinician in particular. I feel the optimal health of each patient is not the highest priority, from my viewpoint and experience. During each annual appointment, without exception, Dr. Reuter is much too rushed, harried and distracted and not able to devote adequate attention to my children's needs. While we see her only annually for our well visits, she never seems to have time to answer our questions.We are afraid that something serious might be missed. She should just mail us a check list of generalized questions to check off and mail back to her since this is all our well checks consist of. Concerns are dismissed and questions go unanswered. I don't feel she is looking out for what is best for my children anymore, sorry to say. We will be leaving soon...." more...
