"That D K post doesn't seem like the whole story. Hank has been our plumber for 9 years. He has come to our rescue on Sundays and Holidays.I can't imagine ever being surprised by a price on his work. He always gives the cost up front, and gives options on higher-end products or more bargain stuff. Hank has very high standards and only does the highest quality work. "I am extremely disappointed with Hank English on the last job he did for me on Oct.9,2011. I feel I was overcharge very much as I have had Hank as my plumber for over 10 years now & have given him ALOT OF BUSINESS including referring him to relative in which he got work from as well, & then to have him charge me $1,835.00 for a 50 gallon gas water heater that took him only alittle over 2 hours to install to me is robbery especially to a good paying long term existing customer like myself, it's too bad it's time to look for a new plumber...." more...
