"Charged us $125 to do nothing. They came to our house to repair 2 small gas leaks and re-light the pilot lights (that the gas company had turned off). The guy did nothing but look at it and make a phone call. He said he was uncomfortable re-lighting the pilot lights. So he took our check and left. This was on a Friday evening with a nighttime forecast of below freezing temperatures. When I called to ask for my money back, the company pointed the finger elsewhere and said it wasn't their fault and they wouldn't refund my money...." more...

"Terrible experience. Workers put a hole in our bedroom ceiling. I was told this happens in 2 out of 7 jobs. No one from Central would call me back. Darren Hamilton is terrible with customer service. Vent has still not been installed in our bedroom. Be cautious!..." more...
