"Absolutely a horrible experience, it has been 4 yrs since they overcharged me for a 600sf addition and I have had nothing but problems since. I have interior damage since the flooding rains only to the addition side of my ceilings, my front door due to the siding, oh how about the side door doorbell they put the new siding over and covered it. The new deck they did not secure the rubber roof that is falling out and dropping to the ground if you want to see it hanging drive by 1266 N. Main St in Randolph, pay close attention to the car mat they left hanging in the poured foundation because I complained about a draft when they where building and while your looking at the foundation pay attention to the basement windows that I can not to open because they poured the cement floor in after and the cement sprayed up and stuck to the windows. I can go on and on like the electrical sockets that do not work or the light switches that do not work, and get this he put a lean on the property I can no longer afford. John Pappas knew I needed to take out a second mortgage to put on the addition for my dying mother and then when she was gone I was in financial ruin, so he took full advantages hiked up the prices on everything did a lousy job and I believe it was to get me bankrupt so he would win my house. I have just had 3 estimates to fix the rain damage to the addition and two contractors said they would have done a better job for get this both were under a total price of $70,000.00. I got screwed because I am single 1 income and I told John Pappas up front I wouldn?t be able to afford the added mortgage when my mother died. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ..." more...
